03 August 2011 Hi, pls any1 help. I applied termination on gounds of conversion and I got approved termination too but didnt get service certificate hen i enquired institute dey asked me to get revised 109, to update termination status. I begged literally to get termination from my principle for his consent. Now again if i go n ask for 109 revised sure he wont give.Is ter any other possibility pls respond urgent...

03 August 2011 You need not get the service certificate. Just confirm with ICAI that you articleship with the current employer is terminated.

03 August 2011 Thanks Amol, but i didnt mean the service certificate. I meant the letter from institute they usually send confirming the articleship duration and the remaining period of articles. I didnt get that letter when i inquired in institute they asked Form109 revised @ date 03.09.2010 to update. I don kno wat they r going to update. k atleast help me whether effect date should be 03.09.2010 or the Dte of signing.
