I joined articleship in January but now the timing of my post graduation classes are from 10am to 1pm nd as per icai rules I cannot start my articleship after 11 am..So I would like to withdraw from my articleship and rejoin after some time.
Please tell me the procedure to do so.

I am an IPCC studentt who registered for IPCC in august 2011 and which needed to be revalidated last year . But, I was unaware of such a fact and hence I submitted my IPCC Group 2 exam form with August 2011 as registration date and till date have not revalidated my registration. In such a case I would like to know wheather I am to make DD of Rs. 400 only as prescribed in the notification or am I supposed to pay Extra amount over and above Rs.400 ? And is this form to be sent to the respective centre by speed post or the documents need to be hand delivered??

Dear Sir,
I have applied for reverification of my ca final answer scripts for both groups and now i have filled the form for 2nd group only what if my 2nd group marks are revised and i cleared 2nd group. As last date for filling of forms is 2nd September including late fees. Kindly suggest me the course of action.

As i am pursuing CA course now under going articleship till entering to articles i am studied two years of degree in regular mode in nannaya university as this university does not provides distance education so i want advise from you how to convert from regular to distance without any problem to my two years completed degree and to undergo my articleship

i have a doubt relating to article ship transfer that if the principal has given the transfer to his student then he should inform to the institute? for deletion of that student under his article students list.
and my principle doubt is if the transfer has been taken but the form 109 is not sent to the ICAI what i should do? and now my principle has to inform to the ICAI/ or not? kindly give suggestion relating to this

If we have left our article-ship and now again i want to continue my article then can i start??
The period which i served my previous principle will that be counted or not??

sir I am in CA final I have completed my B com at that time I have submitted form 112 afterwards I done M com (external) but I have not submit form 112 considering this form will be submitted only once but one of my friend tell me that form 112 should be submitted at the time of doing M com also. now what can I do?

My client executed gross contract of Rs 3.27 crores for the AY 204-15 and he has not maintained books of accounts. On the basis of TDS certificates (16A) income is declared as net income at Rs 26.18 lacs (at 8% of GCR). Only statement of Income is filed and balance sheet is not filed. case is selected for scrutiny and notice u/s 142(1) is issued. In the absence of books tax audit u/s 44AB is not done. However, income is offered at 8% of GCR in line with section 44AD. Please let me know is there any scope for enhancing the declared income by the department. Can we defend the declared income as income is declared at 8% of GCR in similar line with 44AD. Assesse is willing to pay penalty for non maintenance of books 44AA. Please clarify with case laws if any.

Please suggest me which book to refer for ca final audit subject. I failed twice only in audit subject . please help me..
