Respected Sir/Mem, My name is Gunjalben Satishkumar Patel.(IPCC Student) But in ICAI my name is recorded as Gunj alben Satishkumar Patel from CPT. This gap does not exist in real. It may be mistake of data entry operator. Now, My Articleship is completed and I m going to get register it with Institute. I wont my articleship completion letter with my correct name ( without gap). Plz suggest me what to do to rectify this mistake? What is the procedure for that ?
