Ipcc revalidation extended by 1 year

I am an IPCC studentt who registered for IPCC in august 2011 and which needed to be revalidated last year . But, I was unaware of such a fact and hence I submitted my IPCC Group 2 exam form with August 2011 as registration date and till date have not revalidated my registration. In such a case I would like to know wheather I am to make DD of Rs. 400 only as prescribed in the notification or am I supposed to pay Extra amount over and above Rs.400 ? And is this form to be sent to the respective centre by speed post or the documents need to be hand delivered??

Take a Demand Draft for Rs.400 and send it to your Decentralised Office immediately and get your registration re-validated.

Thank You very much. I have submitted the DD with form in person to the office. I would just like to know that I will be able to give IPCC GROUP 2 exam for November 2016 or not?
