i had recently cleared my CA-CPT exam and registered for both groups of ipcc. Now i wish to enroll myself for the 100 hours ITT training Programme and Orientation Programme and complete it in the month of january.I would like to know that if i register in month of september than which month's batch i will get for training.
please help me out in this matter.

I had given May IPCC and when the results were out, I came to know that overall I failed but I got exemption in Accounting and Cost Accounting & Financial Management of Group I. Now my friends are telling me that I will have to surrender one of my exemptions and appear for 3 subjects of Group II instead of 2.
And the main thing is that I have already filled up my online form for Nov IPCC 2011 specifying both the exemptions.
Please reply me soon now what should I do and what is the provision of ICAI Act.

Dear sir/madam,
I applied for IPCC Group 2 examination which nis to be held on november 2011. I applied on online mode on 29 august 2011 and made payments by using master card.The amount of fee i paid is Rs 1000 as applicable to IPCC group II.
However I am not able to send physical copy of online application before Septemer 3 ,since post office holidays .I am sending it on September 2. so please answer my following queries:
1)what is the desired action should i take based on above stated situation.
2)can i take the print out of phsical form twice.
3)since Physical form of applicatio is reaching after september 3 ,whether it is valid
4)whether late fee of 500 Rs is applicable to me or not? If yes in what mode should i pay ? In online mode or By DD?

Please answer my above problems as soon as posible.I hope you will

I have been registered with ICAI in 2002 from Kanpur but I didn't get eligbility certificate because of not clearing the assignment. Pls. let me know, whether I can continue on that registration if,yes, what will be the procedures.

Is it possible to register with SEBI & and issue public subcription by a public ltd company after getting the Certificate of Incorporation?

Or

Is it(to register with SEBI/NSE) requied any track record?
