Dear All,
I have been registered with ICAI in 2002 from Kanpur but I didn't get eligbility certificate because of not clearing the assignment. Pls. let me know, whether I can continue on that registration if,yes, what will be the procedures.

Go to personally to CIRC office and discuss with the person
looking assignments of students etc.
