31 August 2011 Dear Sir,
I have some doubt regarding fromation of a Public Ltd.

Is it possible to register with SEBI & and issue public subcription by a public ltd company after getting the Certificate of Incorporation?

Or

Is it(to register with SEBI/NSE) requied any track record?
