My friend has passed the CA PE 2 exam both groups in may 2010 and joined the articleship in october 2010. when will be his first ca final exam attemp.

i would be very thankful if any body tell me about articleship

i want to know that what is the deadline for joining the articleship under any CA if i want to give may2014 attemp for my final exam.

what is the last date for the submission of article application form to the ICAI.

I Have cleared 1st group of PCC in may 2011 and going to write 2nd group in November 2011 but till now i have not started preparation Can you any one will guide me how to plan my studies in this period and due to articleship i can get hardly i month leave.i know there is no short cut way to success in exam but still share some TIPs to attempt the exam with confident and what are the subjects should be covered first.


Please help on this.

I passed my IPCC both groups in May 2011 but still i have not received my IPCC marksheet as well as the passing certificate. I have also registered my articles and final with the help of online printout of marks.

Is there is any problem regarding delay.... Or can I approach any officials in the institute for this...

my self pawan sharma, i am a chartered accountant serving in industry. i have already registered in cs executive programme but i didnot give exam yet. but i am eligible to appear in the exam till 2013. so i want what are the formalities to appear in cs executive exam dec 2011? and also tell me when the examination form for dec 2011 will get?

I am confuse whether Finance Act 2010 is applicable for CA Final November 2011 exam or Finance Act 2011.

Banger has publish its book for Nov-2011 exam as per Finance Act 2011 (as amended upto 30.04.2011) but Deepak Gupta & Yashwant Mangal has publish book as per Finance Act 2011 (as amended upto 30.04.2011).

Myself greeshma doing articleship, i had registered myself for group1,group2 along with ATC with ICAI.I have cleared 1 group of ipce and completed 5months of articleship but now due to some problem i am unable to continue with group 2. Now i'm planning to complete 1 year of articleship in order to acquire ATC Certificate. Do let me know whether i wil be eligible for that certificate and if yes do let me know the formalities and procedured to be followed for the acquisition of the certificate.

SEBI regulations such as takeover code, PMS regulation has defined the word "Group" as group as defined in MRTP Act. Now since, the MRTP Act has repealed, should we still refer to it for the purpose of definition of Group or should we refer to Competition Act.
