Hi,
My principal have filed my form 108, as my articleship got over on 09.07.2011. But i got a letter from ICAI saying that i have taken excess leave of 15 days which i should compensate by working for that period. When we checked the records it seems the person who filled the form 108 made mistake in filling the no. of days leave taken. Instead of actual 175 days of leave that person has filledup 195 days as leave taken.

Now my ques is, can i file revised form 108 ? or

Should i file form 107 ? Plese also give in the details for filling form 107 as i could not exactly what to fill where? Should i have to take another deed?

HI,CACLUB India members, I Have cleared my b.com this year from Punjab University.Now I want to do CA.I have registered myself for appearing in cpt in dec. 2011.But i have heard that Cpt is going to Exempt for b.com cleared student with above than 55% marks.Dear members I have Scored 65.44% in aggregate in B.com.I want to get advice to know that is the CPT really going to exempt?If yes,Than When the notificatoin for this will be come.

I will be appearing for IPCC in Nov 2012. Is there any chance that the syllabus will be changed for Nov 2012 ? If yes, when should I register for IPCC and when should I commence my studies ?

sir....maine May 2010 me C.A. inter qualify kiya.......us k baad articleship kar rha hu.....ab 31 May 2011 ko C.S. k inter me admission liya but C.A. institute me FORM 112 submit nhi karwaya because mujhe ptaa nhi tha.....ab mujhe is baare me ptaa chala hai........to kya ab main FORM 112 fill kar submit karwa sakta hu........please procuder btaye.......

Dear sir/seniors,
i am going to appear for inter exams of ICWA in this coming december,,since i have already filled up the examination form for both groups, now i realize that i am not at all prepared for both groups..but i am well prepared for group 2 only..so what should i do??..should i go for both groups or should i go for group 2 only??..i am not confident for both groups??..suppose if i appear for both groups and i could not do well in group 1 exam but i did well in group 2 exam..does it hamper the scoring of marks in group 2 exam since i have not done well in group 1 exam??..if someone appears for both groups, and did well in either grp 2 or 1..does it cause any damage in scoring marks in the other group??..please help me

if anyone had prepared any short notes,flow chart,or any type of like this of final law course for quick revision then please upload it in caclubindia.
