has there any increment in stiphen in ca articleship, i have got a massage that minimum 4500 rs.as per new ammendment

I think it is not true but from where u got the message in this regard............. If any changes made by icai it will show in notification and there is no notification about this matter

There is no such news like increase in stipend of articles.
