May I know the difference between TDS and TCS

Sir,

I want to know that if TDS deposited after the due date of the month and before the end of the month then the liability of interest i.e 1.5% will be born for full month or part of the month.

I have passed my IPCC both groups in May 2011. I have also applied for my final registration and I joined my articleship with an Auditor from September 2011. I have done my articles for 2 months ( Sep & Oct ). Unfortunately, my auditor was deceased last week.

What are the procedures to be carried with the auditor's office and with the CA Institute ...... Kindly help me .....
