I have completed my articleship period and successfully cleared C.A.Final exams.I could not apply for my membership card immediately as i had to shift to some different city during that period.How do i now obtain my membership number ?

From which attempt GST may be applicable ? My attempt of CA Final is Nov. 2012.will GST be applicable in Nov. 2012 or not ?

i have completed my both group of ipcc and join a article ship firm and completed 3 months but now i want to take transfer and it is rule as per icai that an student in its first year can take transfer but my principal is not allowing me transfer please guide me what are the remedies available in front of me

1)Co. "A" financed Trucks from Banks (Owned by "A")
2)Firm "B" use it, earn revenue & pay EMI amt to "A"
3) "A" deposit that EMI amt to bank
Que:-
1)How to reflect these transaction in books, if we don't want to show it as rent(in case of rent both Ser. Tax & TDS will be applicable) & (2) if we show it as rent what will be TDS Rate.

i have 25000 shares of rs 10 each....nw i want to transfer these shares at rs.332650 hw should i calculate BV per share.....is there any particular formuale for calculating BV of shares...if yes pls let me know??????
