freinds i have taken the tarnsfer & joined the new firm. i registered with icai in 18th NOV & still not get new registration letter from icai in which principal i join & in icai website it shows that i registered under new principal. now my query is that can icai issue new the Registration letter & ID - card for articalship, i have not submit the old ID - card with icai. urgently help

I was submitted Form-108 in ICAI on 23-11-2011. Untill i have not received any service certificate from icai.
Is ICAI issue any certificate of completion of articleship.

I have theoratically read AS - 22 Accounting for taxes on income but unfortunately dont have any practical exposure.
1) Can anyone just explain me how practically it has to be approached?
2) Suppose for an existing company if we are going to apply AS-22 the how to calculate the amount by applying the rate depending upon the timing difference?
3) In case we have to reverse it under what condition we have to reverse it and how to reverse it.
