whether handwriting has any impact for clearing ca -ipcc ?? , my handwriting is not good but legible , not neat as well

WHAT IS THE ELIGIBILITY TO APPEAR IN CA FINAL EXAMINATION IF A STUDENT DOING HIS ARTICLESHIP BEYOND COMPLETATION OF TWO YEARS.

I HAVE PASSED BOTH GROUPS OF IPCC IN NOV-2011. BUT, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PASSING CERTIFICATE TILL NOW.BUT,MY ALL FRIEENDS HAVE OBTAINED IT SAME. WHAT I CAN DO.IS THERE ANY PROBLEM IN CASE OF NON OBTAINING IT ON TIME. PLEASE GIVE ME PROPER ADVICE BCOZ I AM LITTLE CONFUSED.

Can we get dummy article ship? Is it beneficial?

I have completed my Graduation(BCOM) with 52.26% in May2008. Can i apply for IPCC directly or have to give CPT also.

for pcc students period of articleship is 3.5 years and permissible leave is 180 days. can i get a stipend for these 180 days also?
can anybody provide the relevant regulation also?

What is the status of passing the amendment of that every B.Com graduates can directly do IPCC with out writing CPT. Weather parliament is passed the amendment.
