I have cleared my Ipcc in may 2011...But Still i didnt registered for CA Final in institute and My Attempt is in May 2014..So is there any last date for final Registration

I've a quick question on regarding the admission procedures for LL.B course in colleges.

I had applied in Jitendra Chauhan College of law (my name appeared in 2nd merit list) and K.C Law college.

Unfortunately, I missed the fee payment date in JC Law by 1 day and as for K.C my name didnt appeared in the merit list as the 3rd merit closed in K.C at 85.71%, my % in T.Y was 84.28 only.

As a result, I am in a situation where K.C is not considering my application as my % is only 84.28% in T.Y Bcom(open category) and JC law is stating that since I have missed my fee payment date, my admission has lapsed and they will not consider now as admissions are full and they dont have any cancellations.

I've visited K.C atleast 9-10 times and JC Law 5times requesting/pleading them to conseider my admission. But everytime they give same reason that seats are full and they cant do anything now.

Can anyone advise, as to whether really the admission procedures are so rigid in colleges. Do, i stand any chance to secure admission at this stage. Or is it the end of the road for this year, and will have to wait till next year to pursue Law.

Any help/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance

my 3.5 articleship is about to over in 15 days, i have taken permission for M.Com by filling form 112,
now i want to do DTL+M.COM 2.....but DTL Admissions are closing in 8 days
Can i join it? will there be in problem in completing articleship?

Actually I wanna know the procedure of how to apply online for CA Articleship in Big 4 .. and the Email IDs of their HR where I may post my resume .. Another thing I would lyk to know is tht do a direct approach in big four counts or its jus someoneZ reference u gonna have ??

Is the syllabus of Ca final for may 2012 is the same applicable for Nov 2012 Exam???
is there any requirement to take amendment classes for direct and indirect tax OR any change in any other subject???

I would b probably qualifying IPCC (both) I appeared in may'12. I am pursuing my b.com 3rd year(regular) from Kanpur university and I want to pursue articleship from big 4s. Is there any solution to this as I will have to provide declaration to the institute for the other courses I am pursuing. When should i apply in big 4s i.e. right after clearing IPCC or after completing b.com. final from kanpur? Please suggest other better alternatives, if any. (there is no issue of attendance in my college)

My result for May'12 exam is
Group-1 Cleared with 208 marks
Group-2 ...costing-25,ISCA-68,DT-42,IDT-60-Total 195 marks.
My question is 1) can i take both the exemption for next attempts
2) how many do i need to score in the remaining papers and
3) what if i get again a exemption in next attempt than what will be the scene

why the ICAI change rule about articleship.
i passed my ipcc 1st group in nov. 2011 but i cant start my articleship . The ca firm deny because i passed only 1st group or they can take after both group if i have any reference or jake..why ICAI think about it. Because of this reason my ca-final attemt will after six month.

Is there any circular regarding attachment of form 16 along with return of income when it differs from 26 AS

I got 141 marks out of 200 in my cpt attempt of June 2012.

I had mentioned my family income below 150000

could you please tell me if I am eligible for any scholarship.
