Sir I am in 1st year of my articleship training.i want transfer in another firm.Please tell me full process of it,how much time consumes it and is there any requirment to obtain prior permission from institute before filling form 109 and am i have to specify reason to institute for transfer and can i join the other firm before permission

I AM A STUDENT WHO HAVE NOT CLEARED IPCC ANDI Am A FIRST CLASS BCOM GRADUATE......Can i Cancel my registration with ICAI n then get direct entry to IPCC n can start my articleship directly?? Please reply as soon as possible.

i have completed BSC with 50%, LLB with 57.5% and LLM 65% (P.G.) CAN I REGISTERED MYSELF DIRECT TO IPCC COURSE. PLEASE CONFIRM IT.
5 DAYS BEFORE, I APPLIED FOR CPT, I SEND MY APPLICATION FORM TO KANPUR, HOW CAN I RE-REGISTERED TO IPCC AND CAN I GET MY FEE BACK TO ME.
