I'm cleared CPT in 2010december. And registered for IPCC.But I have only 46% marks in Bcom. Can I start articleship without 1st group as per new notification?

The new notification is applicable from 1st August 2012. Make a good use of that.

But I have only 46% marks in graduation and passed CPT. Am I qualified for articleship ? Please reply...
