Isn't necessary to get the signature of principal(auditor in which we are doing articleship) or we can go for other member of the institute.

I will be a CA soon and I want to study further. CMA would enable me to skip the foundation exam and give level 2 directly since I am done with IPCC. It would also offer a wider employer choice as it would make all the MNCs, prospective employers whereas CFA would narrow down the scope, & make it a niche finance field . I want to make an informed decision with respect to payscales as well as opportunities abroad, before I join another course. Personally I am more interested in CFA but I don't want to make a hurried decision. Kindly advice me, which combination between CA + CFA / CA+ CMA would be better in terms of opportunities abroad and in terms of salary in India as well as abroad

I am working in ca firm since august ,2016.my coversion regd. from IPCC to Direct entry IPCC is done one aug-11-2016. but i want to register my articleship training from 1-9-2016. So, For the late submission of FORM 103--1. what will be the procedure i have follow to show my commencement date from 1-9-16 and the documents which i have to mandatorily send for it?? 2. What are the quaries or requirements wiil be ask from ICAI Institiute for this process to the STUDENT and PRINCIPLE?/ IF Anybody had Personal Experience on this Matter Then please Share with me. i had asked icai for transfer in my 2nd year of articleship period after getting consent letter signed from my ca. now after getting the approval from icai my ca is denying me to take transfer and sign form 109. he is asking me to take leaves for my medical treatment and serve extension later. i dont want to to do that, i want to serve my articleship period nearby my home so that i dont have to serve any extension or delay my final attempt. i dont have any idea, please suggest me something good plz.

I intend to transfer my articleship from my present firm to another one.Its my 1st year of articleship (Direct entry) and I have only spent hardly (Deed registered on 15 july) 6months under present principle.I had been working there from March onwards.Till date i had not done any work other than concurrent audit and I am not interested in doing that for the rest of my articleship period.I intend to transfer my articleship after completing 9months.There are only 4 articles under him(including me).Two are finishing there tenure this January and other article is Terminating his articleship my February.So possiblity of him signing my papers is low.THERE MIGHT ARISES A SITUATION OF DIFFERENCE OF INTEREST BETWEEN ME AND MY PRINCIPLE THEN.in that case what can I do to transfer from him...Only option I can think of is not to attend work and make him terminate me on his own.Till completion of 9 months I can't do anything.Please provide me with a solution.

I have completed CPT, IPCE GROUP 1 Exams and Two and half years of articleship.I undergone ITT, Orientation Program and GMCS 1.Am I eligible for ATC?Can I apply for ATC certificate?
