My article ship will be completed on Dec 20 2016.but our sir is not interested to sign on completion form.he want to put 300 leaves on 108 form.so what should I do.if he put 300 leaves.can I join in other firm for balance 150 days.

300 leaves???? That's approx a year...... Hope U haven't taken that much leaves for ur articles. If u had taken that much leaves then there is no option other then transfer or serving under the same principal. And if u have't taken that much leaves then u may ask him the reason for extending for such long duration. Still he denies then u can file a complaint against him to ICAI.

Sir I gave Ca final in Nov 16 .During articleship he did not allow to go evening and morning coaching classes that time he told me I will give you a long leave .but now he is creating problem .it's my bad luck sir.In during preparation time also he called and scolded me.he is using us to transfer the amounts in banks for his personal purpose.what should I do and is transfer is possible .

He is also give dummies to students .can I complaint about this .if possible .what is the process.please help me sir .I am frustrated with his behaviour .

Better to look into ur own matter only. And do not involve in other's matter, this will ruin the life of the student too who is practicing dummy under him. So better not to involve urself in this, ICAI will look into the matter. And as per my previous reply, if u r not finding urself guilty then u can freely file a complaint against him.
