I am unable to get my admit card from net ,so pls tell me,how to get the admit card

hello dear sir,i am student of IPCC,I have passed cpt,my problems are:
1.can i start my artical training before clear my ipcc groups?if yes then how told me in details.
2.how can i study to clear the ipcc exams?

kindly help i could not focus on my study.suggest the right guidelines for me.

See I am givin group 1 nov 12.ipcc exams...

I am 100 percent sure that i will fail in costfm as i have not prepared it nor i have the necessary time to pick it up as now....

My strategy is that i want to appear for nov 12 and want to gain exemption in tax and accounts.......and I am hopeful I can manage that...
But the problem is I have heard that the institude generally stops at 59 and does not give exemption easily.....Is it true????

Are there cases where students are failing gain exemption in 2 or more subjects...

In the CS executive exams, is it important to study for the entire 100 marks and attempt the entire 100 marks. I just want to pass the exam. If Costing is 50%, can i skip 20 to 25 marks of Company A/c...same way, Studying Service Tax, VAT and Wealth tax for 50%, can i skip a few things from Income tax...Basically, can one pass by studying around 70 to 80 marks properly.
