i am doing my articleship along with ignou bcom a & f course. Now can i do cwa course? If so do i have to follow any other formalities from icai side

I have joined my firm on 1st October 2011 and now i am taking transfer. so which date is to be shown on the form 109 so as to take it within a year? If i show 29th September 2012 , then it will be considered as transfer within year?

i joined articleship last year in sept, but due to health problem i am on leave since mid-may. i wanted to leave the course so mentioned the same with my boss. he asked me to wait till sept so i did the same. now, he's saying that he will not sign the form as i left work uncompleted(which earlier offered him to complete but he objected) and haven't produce doctor's certificate (i have already given the same). The work load is too much and want to either join another firm wer load is less or leave the course.
what should i do? is there any institute remedy available?

I registered for CPC online on 1st October 2012. I have made the payment. However, due to some unavoidable circumstances I won't be able to submit the form along with attachments by 6th October 2012. Can I write CPT in December? Please let me know as early as possible

sir/madam, nov.me main ipcc ke exam de rahi hu,but meri ITT and OT abhi tak complete nai hua h aur mujhe march tak ka koi batch nai mila hai... m graduate also..to kya main bina training courses kiye result aane ke baad articleship start kar paungi ya mujhe articleship ke liye wait karna padega...please help me

can any one tell me what is the last cutoff date for registration of IPCC nov'2013 & articleship?.is there need to go for orientation course & ITT before joining articleship?one of my friend has done BSC with First class & she joined For CPT but she flunked in it.can anyone tell me what is the procedure for conversion frm CPT to IPCC?is she eligible for appear ion may'13?
