WHETHER A GOVT EMPLOYEES GET EXEMPTION FROM CS PRACTICAL TRAINING

i wanted to ask whether failing to apply for exams of ipcc is counted in overall attempts to pass that group or overall passing the ca exams. for e.g. i registered myself for ipcc in july 2012 for may 2013 exam and am not able to give the exam due to some reasons and i give the exam in november 2013, so will it be counted as a drop in the attempt?

I have cleared CS Foundation in Dec'12. I want to know that for how many months I have to do articleship like 15 months or 24 months (After CS Final)

can a full time practicing CA and also being a director in a public ltd company can sign the books of accounts as in the capacity that of a Statutory Auditor?

I AM WORKING IN A CA FIRM SINCE JUNE 2011, AFTER I CLEARED MY IPCC GRP 1 IN NOV 2011 I GOT REGISTERD AS AN ARTICLE IN THE SAME FIRM SINCE FEB 2012, CAN I ADJUST MY FUTURE LEAVES AGAINST THE PERIOD I HAVE WORKED BEFORE REGISTRATION. PLEASE HELP ITS URGENT

ACCORDING TO DIRECT ENTRY SCHEME , DOES ,ONE HAS TO DO PRACTICAL TRAINING OF 9 MONTHS BEFORE IPCC INTER AND 3 YEARS ARTICLES FOR CA FINAL I mean one has to do 3.9 MONTHS of TRAINING totally or any other provisions are there???????

sir i take a admission under direct entry scheme if I started now that ITT & ORIENTATION Programe & complited then can i apply for Article training in which i get May 14 attempt?
