Can anyone tell me whether Companies Bill passed by Lok sabha on 18 December,2012 shall be applicable for May'14 attempt of CA final or not??

If yes, then when should I study right now, Allied laws will remain same??

I am confused and to know that
Whether in CA Final May-13 attempt
taxable services as suggested in Banger are applicable in exams.
Because in revised Practice Manual i did not find much importance on this topic as in previous editions used to have.
Plz help with this regard from examination point of view.

I have cleared both groups of IPCC and i would like to know till what date can I get my articleship registration done? Is the last date for CA final november'15 attempt 30th of april? And within how many days do we have to register the aricleship after getting the franking done?
