sir, I joined for articled training and bought the stamp paper on 5-3-2013, but I cannot register for article-ship till now(8-4-2013). heard that register for article-ship within 30 days of joining training. Whether can I use the same stamp paper dated 5-3-2013 for my article registration? Can I get my training period from 5-3-2013? Is there any fine for this delay?

I am a CA Final student.I have cleared IPCC in May 2012.I would like to know whether the provision of giving exam after 2 yrs of articleship is applicable for me or not.If not,what will be my due date for the finals.

Did ICAI pass proposal of increase in stipend or not?
and tell me the progress of this proposal.

I passed my 2nd Gr. in Nov 12 & passed 1st Gr. already. After 2 months of declaration of result yet I am not recevied my Marksheet & Certificate.

My articleship 1st oct 12 start in 1ca firm but 1month me go 2nd ca there was 3month then i am in home from 2mon i am not complet it ott now i want my it ott completing my articleship start in pune new ca firm.this is possible plese telle me

One can take transfer during his first year of training only but is also mandatory that the new articlsship has also go be taken in the first year only?? I have a fracture in one of my legs and can't continue with training for some time soo I'vetook the transfer but the new training will take some time. Meanwhile the first year will be expired. Kindly guide me on the same

i register for ipcc under direct entry scheme.
i just want to know that 8 month articleship is necessary for 1 group of ipcc under direct entry scheme?
now my problem is i yet not registred for airticleship because my regestration id yet not received from icai bhavan now can i able to give nov. 2013 attempt
if not then is this possible to me to give both 1 & 2 group in may -2014 attempt

Dear Sir/madam
I want to do a CA. but presently iam in Dubai, working as a accountant in company, as per direct entry scheme, iam eligible, iam completed my m.com,

Doubts:
1) if i register in dubai chapter for IPCC,Then if i want to complete CA, then do i have to leave the job, and join for articleship, but it is not possible to me to leave job, as per my family condition.

2)after completion of IPCC groups in dubai, then i will go to India,then i will join for aricleship in india,, (If it is possible)

3) Is it possible that simultaneously i will do job in dubai, upto completion of IPCC Groups, then and before CA-Final, I Will go to Inida for CA-Final Preparation, i will take coaching and i will attend CA-final in India,

Please Clarify my Doubts,

I'm waiting for your valuable suggestions.
