10 April 2013 I am a CA Final student.I have cleared IPCC in May 2012.I would like to know whether the provision of giving exam after 2 yrs of articleship is applicable for me or not.If not,what will be my due date for the finals.

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.

10 April 2013 You Clear your attempt in may so as soon you clear your exam you have started article then your attempt will be in may 2015.

10 April 2013 Attempt of CA final after completion of 2 yrs of articleship applicable for the students who came from the back ground of PE-II i.e you converted from PE-II to PCC or IPCC students such provision applicable. You came from IPCC so such provision not applicable to you.

And one thing we can say the eligible students for 2 yrs articleship completion and exam eligibility is now almost nill. So just you now keep in mind after completion of 2 and half years of articleship only eligible for CA Final exam. Forget about the 2 yrs completion eligibility.
