what is option for filing form-2 if all directors are in defaulter list.

hello all,

In a Pvt. Ltd company, we want to insert two new main objects which are not related to 1st main object. now if we number them as 2 & 3 then in incidental objects clause we need to number them as 3, 4 etc. is it also necessary to change this numbering after passing a resolution or director can sign such change in numbering?
can we add 1a, 1b even if the objects are different?

The company has changed its method of depreciation from WDV to SLM. Now surplus of deprecation of previous years is credited to profit & loss a/c as an extraordinary item. Now will this surplus will be included in Book profit for the purpose of calculation of MAT????

nw wat is the remedy available to correct it?

Dear Sir,

The holding company is in Singapore having 99% shares and 1% share is held individualy by an employee of this holding company (1%).

Now the Indian Subsidary with Registered office in Delhi wants to hold the AGM in India.

Is the Individual shareholder required to travel to India - Delhi for the AGM or can appoint a represenative.If he is required to travel then what can be the alternative for avoiding his travel to India as it is difficult.

Please advise urgently..
