My question is:
For the F.Y. 2011-12 form 23B was signed by a partner who left the firm before 31.03.2012 & the audit report of a company was signed by other partner. Now while filing e-form 23AC for F.Y. 2011-12 there is an error showing the current partner as inactive on institute's site.
What will be the solution? can form 23B for F.Y. 11-12 be filed again with sign of the new partner?
please reply asap as due date is approaching for filing 23AC.

Suppose Mr. A is a Director in a Company. Due to his inability to attend the Board Meeting, Mr. B is appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. A.

Now Mr. B attends a Board Meeting as alternate director to Mr. A.

Is Mr. B entitled to a cheque for sitting fees or Mr. A (who is the original director) entitled to the sitting fees??

Dear Sir,

We had filed the physical form no.18 notifying our registered office address with some words missing not in the manner provided in Board resolution.

Auditor of our company has brought to our notice that the address which is mentioned in form 18 and the one which company uses on its letter heads or Company boards is not exactly same as per the address noted in Board resolution. Hence there is a mismatch.

Thus we would like to rectify our address by including the words which were mentioned in Board resolution.

Is there any application in writing to be made to ROC OR is there any eform since form no. 18 only states change of address to be notified. There is no provision in that form for rectification.

Secondly what supporting documents will required to be provided ? We are trying Roc helpline but they are not responding.

forgot to attach Annual Report !!

Actually i filed the return, now i want to resolve the issue, Actually there is no provision to revise what i believe !!

I have to file form 1 on mca website for incorporating a pvt ltd co. I have drafted MOA & AOA on word format. Now should i get the MOA & AOA signed by the directors and file the scanned copy of MOA & AOA or can i convert the word doc directly to pdf and attach those files to form 1. and also specify how to file the last page of MOA i.e., undertaking by the subscribers. How much remuneration can be paid by a PVT LTD company to its directors?

Is there any ceiling limit?
Is there any procedure to be followed?

There are say 10 directors in a PVT LTD. Can we pay salary to all of them? They are all executive directors.
