For Incorporation of Pvt Ltd company , what is the total stamp duty amount payable for minimum share capital rupees 100,000/-?

sir,an Indian citizen who hasbeen living in virzinia from seven years and bearing citizenship of that country want to appointed as a director of indian company(PVT LTD) which has to be established newly .for din application what are the requirements and what is the procedure to be followed inorder to register him as a director of Indian company.for digital signature certificate shal i apply for DSC in India if so wat are the requirements.

we are incorporating a new company and subscribers want to make the registered office on land situated at village in their name
my quary is
what proof we can attach for this land as we know that there is no clear addresses in villages
and there is no electricity or any bill as it is a land
and in registry of land, name of village is mentioned

If a private limited company has NOT appointed / re-appointed the auditors in the AGM and thereafter it appoints the auditors after three/four months from the AGM . what will be the Impact. Is there any panelty on such late appointment.

if no members/shareholders are present in India on the date of AGM of a Indian private limited company

Can we conduct the AGM through other mode
like video conferencing or tele-conferencing

if not then is there other way or provision

i have opened the new private ltd company first time. who will issue the pan cards and how many copies? what other details are mentioned or received when PAN cARD IS RECEIVED?
