Hi there, i just want to know that if we are having 4 directors in a pvt ltd company and if i want to replace one of them with a new person,then what will be the procedure for that??

step-1) pass board resolution for resignation ans appointment of director
step-2) apply for a DIN no. of a new director in form DIN-1( DOC. REQUIRED- PAN CARD , PHOTO, ADDRESS PROOF , IDENTITY PROOF)
STEP-3)file form 32 to roc for appointment & resignation of director
