28 January 2013 My one of the client wants to change the name of his company. he intend to change the name using word NIMA which is existing as part of the name of the many companies.
should i take NOC from all of them???
i wanted to change the name of existing company and i am filing form 1A with DSC of chartered accountant. so how much time it will take to get confirmation from ROC.
anyone please give me a draft of resolution for filing form 1A.

28 January 2013 you cantake the NIMA name but you need to convince the urge of this word and combine the word with your activity. if the prevailed name and activity is simmiler with your new name and activity then you can not get it but if it is different then you can avail this name.

You dont need to take the noc from all such companies you can file the decleration at ROC that the name which you are taking is similer to existiong name but the your activities are different, the said name is not taken for intending to deceive the gereral public and there is no any relation with the existing company and even if any company takes any objection then I am ready to change the name and also mention the nececity of this word
