Can a shareholder ask for details of other shareholders from the company, if yes, under what section of the companies act

I have filled up a DIN 1 form and while prescrutinising the form, the following error occurs:

The form version you are using is not latest. Please download a fresh form and submit it again.

Even though I have downloaded the latest form from MCA website the error is still occuring.

Please let me know if anyone has suggestion or solution to this.

Dear Experts, I read a specimen of Power of Attorney where MD was given the said powers.

My query is that who has more powers, the POA or the MD? Whose position is more crucial to the company? The POA or the MD?

also, the numerous powers entrusted in the specimen are by virtue of person being an MD or every POA has them..?

what do you mean by trade associations? what is their purpose also please explain what are professional associations ? what is their objective and who forms them? please explain in detail..

the intention of 270 is that a knowledgeable person who doesn't have money can become director in the ltd co.co can not bound the person to take high value shares to become director.

but in sec 274(1)(e) disq.if the same person could not pay call money till 6 months after the due date he is disqualified.

i think law has a different intention in the later section.

why?

We have created Charge on immovable property on 22/11/2012 and filed FORM-8 on 08/01/2013 with normal fee.As there was delay in filing form 8, is there any necessity for filing Petition to CLB? Please tel me the procedural steps to be followed.
