1)i am going to file form 32 for resignation of director
director has given resignation from his office on 11/07/2013 and the same date I am filing form 32 but on payment system asking for Normal fees 200+ additional fees 1800
what is the reason for additional fees and how can i save it
2) If anybody upload any form to mca but not make payment: -
a) what is the time limit for make payment
b) if he wants to cancel same form what is the procedure.

A private limited company is incorporated on 4th Nov 2011, what is the maximum time limit by which the company can file its first set of accounts in Form 23AC and 23 ACA with MCA?
Can it prepare its first set of accounts for a period of 18 months? What is due date for the same?

Company X Ltd (Private Co) purchased business from Y Ltd.(Only Name i.e Goodwill) and now establishing it like Construction of Factory, Office Etc.
Now my Question is while constructing Factory and other things Co incurred some revenue Expenses Say Vehicle Expenses, Electricity Expenses, General Expenses What treatment should be given to these expenses in Books of A/cs?
