A Company, Incorporated in US, & It wants to invest in India in Real State Sector.

And Directors of that company are NRI (Indian)
Weather it can do??

In a Private limited company, there are four directors which are whole time director is it possible? that all director are appoint whole time directors or not?

is there is any monetary figure mentioned in company act for salary to the director of a pvt ltd company.

i am submitting form 67 where it appears that there is a limit to file this form or resubmitting the data demanded.
Can any one please tell me that for how many times forms can be resubmitted for the requirements demanded.

The term of Whloe time director of a listed company is getting over on 02.08.2013, the Compnay does't want to re-appoint him.What formality do we need to do with ROC?
