kindly tell me that whether auditor appointed in AGM can resign in the month of September meaning thereby that if auditor is appointed in the AGM of F.Y.2011-12 got next AGM i.e. for F.Y.2012-13 than can we make his resignation in the month of September 2013 by casual vacancy and appoint another auditor?

If a company want to appoint a director can be directly appointed OR first appoint addtional director and than regularise in annual meeting of the company.


Can a company has both the director as additonal director till the next AGM.

Is there any penalty on the company for not intimating the auditor about his appointment within 7 days of his appointment in AGM?

The company did not intimate about a case to the stock exchange filed by an ex-employee in the labour commission and did not disclose about the case in the annual report?

what may be the punishment / penalty against the company?

Ex-employee was terminated by the company for no reason and did not pay him the salary inspite of reminders and letters.
