Can a L.CS (Licentiate) be appointed as a CS by a Pvt Company having paid up more than Rs.5 Crores.

Is DIR-12 required to be e-filed at the time of intimating the ROC after the appointment?

Dear Sir,
I am working with PVT LTD Company and company has 3 year reserve and surplus by way of Profit. However I want to know if there are 4 directors and company has to decide distribute the profit (reserve and surplus) among the director then what is the procedure of distributing the profit. If I distribute the profit by way of Dividend then how to treat the double taxation issue. Please let me know the answer as soon as possible

I have typed a wrong name for Company Formation and the same got approved. But I want the correct name. There is only a letter difference in the correct name and wrong name. How can I get the correct name? Can i apply for the name with a no objection certificate from the directors?

1]. can any one please share your knowledge regarding the online Creation of Charge on taking a term loan by a private co.
2]. But, the company has failed to create the charge within 30-300 days, this is the case of charge creation beyond 300 Days.
3] what would be your valuable reply in such circumstances, along with the detailed procedure, fine penalty if any.
