One of the director in our company was appointed as an additional director in a pvt company. his date of appointment as additional director is 28/03/2015. however the director was not regularized as a director in the AGM held in 2015. he is currently also a Additional director in the company. can we regularize him in current year AGM i.e AGM held on 30/09/2018.
