A pvt. ltd. company date of incorporation 23/08/2017
1) So what is first AGM due date ?
2) In the first AGM can i appoint the auditor for 5 years and what will be last date to file form ADT-1 with the ROC ?
3) First financial year for ROC form AOC-4 will be from 23/08/17 to 31/03/18 ?

1. First Financial Year will be 23/08/2017 to 31/03/2018
2. AGM Due date- 31/12/2018
3. ADT-1 is to be filed within 15 days of AGM.

Sir, can the first financials and directors report of a pvt. ltd. company signed on 04/09/2018 be adopted in first AGM of which due date is 31/12/2018 ?

YES. FINANCIAL STATEMENT SIGNED ON 04/09/2018 CAN BE ADOPTED AT AGM HELD ON 31/12/2018
