13 October 2018 Sir, I am and with me around 100 other Employees working in various Branches of ICAI across India has yet not received their PF Number after services of more than 5-25 years. Our Appointment was done through Branch Managing Committee and overall directions of ICAI. ICAI has launched regularization scheme in 2006 as well as in 2014 we covered under said scheme, our CPF @ 10 % of basic salary is deducted and sent to H.O. but we don't know where it goes. Some ICAI employees say it is kept in ICAI PF Trust Bank A/c. Kindly let us know that are we entitled for PF Number or not. ? We even don't the ICAI EPF TRUST Registration Number

13 October 2018 But Sir, how to get that after numerous representation and mail to ICAI talk to various Council Members we are not getting the same they says we are not ICAI employees we are Branch employees. whereas branch pays us salary and ICAI reimburse them.

15 October 2018 You are entitled for PF number and yearly statement of account. Meet branch secretary to raise the issue. Since PF is remitted you are empyees of ICAI.Branch and HO is one and the same.

16 October 2018 We sent numerous mails and representation to Secretary, President Central Council Members, but they are not even replying from past many years we are waiting for the same. ICAI had made Regional Council Branch Employees in 2006. We are all cover under the same the Appointment Letter is issued By Branch Chairman with overall guidance of H.O. In that Scheme that is what written regarding Provident Fund

"PROVIDENT FUND"

Contributory Provident Fund, i.e., 10% of the basic pay of the Branch employee concerned and equal contribution to be made by the Employer, as per concerned rules of the Regional Council.

[Regional Councils shall bring in-principle PF Scheme and administer at their level]

16 October 2018 Take up the issue with regional council chairman. Raise the issue through RTI.
