If a Pvt. Ltd. company whose turnover exclusive of taxes in FY 2017-18 is less than Rs. 200 Cr and with Taxes, if turnover crosses Rs. 200 Cr., then is the company required to appoint internal auditor for FY 2018-19?

Dear Sir/ Mam, Ex-Auditor creating an issue in resigning ( Resign before the expiry of period ) as we already get his resignation on his letter head after and settled his dues but he is not signing ADT-3 form. We have to appoint a new one. He( new auditor) says that he need SRN generated on submission of ADT-3only then he add as a Auditor on ROC site. Please suggest me any way to appoint new auditor.

Can a director who has been disqualified by RoC u/s 164(2) be appointed as a designated partner in an LLP? Will he/she face any issues while using the DIN in the LLP forms?

Please let me know the process ( ie, meeting, resolutions etc) to give loan to director of Pvt Company, All 3 conditions are satisfied, viz 1 No Body Corporate invested in Share Capital of Pvt Co, 2. No Borrowings from Banks & FI Etc.

If a Director has 2 DINs, where One is being currently used in Company ABC Pvt. Ltd., whilst another one was previously used in another Company; XYZ Pvt. Ltd. Now he wants to surrender the one which is not in use Currently.

PS - The he wants to surrender is older compared to which he wants to continue with.

Kindly suggest would compounding of offence would be an option to go ahead with ?

Mr. X is appointed as WTD w.e.f. 01/04/2018 in a pvt. ltd. co. but he did not received any salary till date (even director is ready to weave off salary)
Procedure to change his designation to a non executive director by weaving off the right to receive salary right from April 2018 ?
Can it be done just by filing form DIR-12 for change in designation in current date , also i will attach the salary weaver letter received from the director ?

Can anybody please tell me about the process of restoration of company name. One of my friend's company have been struck off and now we want it to restore. What procedure needs to be followed and what all are the formalities need to be done.
Also, is there any way to restore the company name online. (offline procedure takes too much time and effort)?

In case if the auditor of a company is signing the accounts as on October, 2018...what remedy do the company have for not holding the Annual General Meeting within due date i.e. by Sept 30, 2018 as the accounts were not ready by Sept 30, 2018 for the approval of shareholders

A pvt. ltd. company date of incorporation 23/08/2017
1) So what is first AGM due date ?
2) In the first AGM can i appoint the auditor for 5 years and what will be last date to file form ADT-1 with the ROC ?
3) First financial year for ROC form AOC-4 will be from 23/08/17 to 31/03/18 ?
