What are the forms to be filed on the MCA portal after filing INC 20A

Hello Experts, a private limited company was incorporated on 24.07.2024. However, they approached me as they want me to be appointed as their Statutory Auditor for a term of 5 years from now. However, on seeing their masterdata, I came to know that they didn't appointed First Auditor till today i.e as of 03.05.2025.

Now, my query is, Shall I be appointed as their first auditor till the conclusion of first AGM and later continue as their Statutory Auditor or Shall I be appointed as Statutory Auditor directly for a term of 5 Years from now without appointing myself as first auditor ? What are the Penal Proceedings for not appointing First Auditor of a Company ?

pvt ltd company doesnt want to do business any more.
late fee for non filing comes more than net worth of pvt. ltd. cant apply for dormant status also as slight transactions were there.

my q--> can we ignore the filings completely as net worth is less than late filng fee. (net worth is just 50 thousand rupees, filing fee 3 lakhs).

Dear Sirs : One of my client (private limited company) crossed net profit of five crores for financial year ending 31-03-2024. Three years CSR fund at 2 % of average profit for 21-22 , 22-23, 23-24 comes to Rs.7 lakhs. No provisions for CSR funds is made for year ending 31-03-2024. Kindly help me by providing a rule / circular that states that : CSR fund of Rs.7 lakhs to be applicable and to be consumed after 01-04-2024 ... Regards

Respected experts, two of my friends Incorporated a PVT LTD company in 2024. Right from the incorporation ,no business was commenced and my friends (directors of such company) were underwent several difficulties between each other and left that company without any further ROC filings or actions. Now my query is, what are the required filings/further actions to be taken by them regarding the Closure of such Company. Are there any consequences to be faced by them?

Other point to be noted is : One of such friends incorporated another company with his mother and carrying the business. Is there any negative impact on his directorship in the newly incorporated PVT company without closing the first incorporated company(mentioned above) ?
