Can annual filing be done for the year 2015 before filing forms for 2014 as forms are not available for filing 2014.

Our company has not filed forms for the year ended 2014 and want to file now but as no 23AC 23ACA and 20B forms are available, what can be done in this regard.

So that company can file for both the financial year 2014 and 2015.

The private limited company was formed 4 years ago & there are 4 partners with each having 25% shares. For growth/expansion, we are looking for funds & a friend is ready to invest in individual capacity in the company. Will he have to become member to invest. If yes, how & at what value does transfer of shares take place. Do the present shareholders will have to give their shares & the money comes to them & then they further invest in company or there is creation of more shares in company. Can he invest only through an MOU/Agreement by remaining as a non member? Can I get some sample MOU/agreement for the same.

But also written c.f.o. and c.s. ..
My question is that c.f. o and c.s. is apart from chairperson ... Or it is alternative of chairperson ...

Can a Managing Director be a member of any committee of any other company ???

1)whether managing director is appointed for life by articles of association of a private company?  2)whether the person so appointed as director empowered by articles to appoint a successor?

I have applied for equity and preference shares of a pvt ltd company. However company has not provided me share certificate yet. Since long time has passed, I think they have already alloted the shares. How can I view whether they have alloted or not ? Can I view the register of members online ? Please help. It's urgent.
