What is the basic diff. between an executive and non-executive director.
Can A person become an executive director in more than one company???????????
A person has four companies. He is director in all companies and looking after the activities of all of them. He can be an executive director in all of them or not???????????????

At the time of filing Form 32 (in year 2000), designation has been wrongly mentioned and DIN-3 also filed in the same manner.

As it was now noticed, the concerned CMD is very specific and wants to correct the filing to enable his proper designation with the original appointment date. What is the procedure and how do we address the matter.

i am going to start a pvt.ltd company and decided to take my frns in as share holders.

now they say there company says dual emplyoment is not allowed

what i want to know is if they are only share holders in pvt ltd company.then they will not be under dual employment i am a right


or can they be promoters and not directors???
or is there any way???
