09 July 2009 A person residing in USA wants to become a director of a company registered in West Bengal

09 July 2009 for DIN you have to apply online with www.mca.gov.in and perepare form DIN-1 and after than take a printout and affix a snap on the given portion, got it signed from the concerned person and attach proofs of Identity, Fathers name, Date of Birth, nationality duly notirised and coucelarized and forward to mca din cell.
If that person is in India than certifity the abvove docs from any cs, ca, cwa or lawyer.

09 July 2009 It means i have to just Certify the documents from any CA and send to MCA

But you have written nationality duly notorized and coucelarized - what does it means

09 July 2009 Photograph,identity proof and address proof should be attested at the embassy/notary of the country in which he resides. Also certified copy of the valid passport should be enclosed.
