please help me regarding the following problem

1.i am trying to resubmit form 2,but in form-2 i am not able do prescrutiny in form itself even though i am connect to mca website. and if i do prescrutiny after log in mca website i get the message as no prescrutiny error are found .after that when i upload the form -2 in resubmit column i will get this message
Some prescrutiny validations have failed. Please make the required changes and upload the Form again.

i don't know what to do please help regarding this

Can Any Body Suggest The "Main Objects of a Bricks Manufacturing Company" For Drafting The Memorandum Of Association.

Pls can any one tl me whether form 25c need to be filed for change in designation from Managing Director to Whole time director.

Kindly refer any rule or section in this regard.

In a private limited company, there are currently 3 directors. One is the Promoter Director, second is his wife and the third is an employee who has been made a WTD. The Promoter Director has neither been appointed as the WTD or the MD.

This company has not got converted into a Public Limited company and has a share capital of over Rs 5 crores.

For the purposes of complying with Section 292A, can these 3 Directors also constitute the Audit Committee? For a non-listed company there appear to be no restrictions to do the needful, since the requirement of 2/3rds being Non-Executive Director is fulfilled with the Promoter Director and his wife complying with these provisions and the other WTD being the Executive Director.

If this is not right, what do you suggest to ensure compliance?

My clinet i.e. director of a company lost his DSC c.d. and details. He got prepared another DSC. But while registering the second DSC with MCA portal, " maiden name of mother " is asked by the system, which my client do not remember. Please how to register second DSC with MCA portal, when the CD and all other details of first DSC are lost.

A Private Company is incorporating the subsidiary company. The project cost is 5 crore, but the promoters do not want have paid up capital as 5 crore. And they are planning to issue 5% of the initial paid up capital to one of the first directors (A) under ESOP/ Sweat Equity Plan over the period of three years i.e, 1.67% at the end of each year.

Can a company issue the shares at premium for the first allotment?
