25 May 2010 Can someone please help me with drafting of main objects for Memorandum of Association of a generic company which would undertake business activites in various fields like food, chemicals, pharma, etc?

26 May 2010 The nature of business seems to that of agency and hence i feel the below given objectclause should suite your purpose:

Agency business
To deal in any commodities, substances, articles, merchandise, machines, goods and things
whether solid or liquid or gaseous, as agents, commission agents, forwarding agents, clearing
agents, distributors, warehouseman, licensees, merchants, traders, sales organisers, representatives
of commodities goods, articles, materials and things and for that purpose to buy, to sell, exchange,
market, pledge, distribute, install, service, maintain or otherwise deal in commodities, goods,
articles and things and to carry on the agency business.

26 May 2010 Manufacturing business cannot be generic. It has to be very specific to the product or the range of product.
