urgent prescrutiny of form 2

please help me regarding the following problem
1.i am trying to resubmit form 2,but in form-2 i am not able do prescrutiny in form itself even though i am connect to mca website. and if i do prescrutiny after log in mca website i get the message as no prescrutiny error are found .after that when i upload the form -2 in resubmit column i will get this message
Some prescrutiny validations have failed. Please make the required changes and upload the Form again.

This is a common problem faced on the mca site. Generally, if one tries after sometime, the form gets uploaded.
