I made a mistake in filling Form-18 in order to incorporate a company. Now the Certificate of incorporation would contain wrong address.

Can I get correct address on my Certificate of incorporation??

What process I'd have to follow? Pl advice.

Is there any time limit for keeping share application money pending allotment. In other words for how long we can retain the share application money without making the allotment of equity shares?

I applied for DIN for a Singapore Citizen who has Indian Origin Card and multi entry visa and got it. He wishes to form a Private company here. Can he be a Managing director of a Private Company? Is there any provision to get permission from any other authorities like RBI?

i.e. We have made foreign direct investment abroad and took one wholly owned subsidiary abroa and therefore remitted money in foreign currency and hence want to make a resolution.

What is difference between Subsidiary company and Holding company?

I am trying to file form 23A of a company but on uploading the system asks to enter SRN......(Required for ReSubmit/Form 67 (Addendum) Upload). When I enter Z99999999 it says error please remove SRN. What should I do? Form 20B has already been filed.

Is it necessary for a private limited company to file form 2 when it is issuing such shares as are subscribed in memorandum?
