15 November 2010 Company Incorporated on 29th March. Can it consider & adopt accounts for three days in the AGM?

15 November 2010 If any substantial work is done in those three days then it may adopt accounts for the same otherwise it is not need in my view.

Your AGM will become due in the year next to the incorporation year.

Agree with Mr. Garg....

Please avoid AGM for 3 days acounting period. I will suggest you to decide the first financial year start from 29 March 2010 to 31 March, 2011 in first Board Meeting of the Company.
