Chg-4 filling without condonation of delay

section 20 of companies (Amendment) act 2017 is notified and made applicable on 05/07/2018

my date of event i.e satisfaction of charge is 04/08/2018, so whether I'll required to file condonation of delay for this. form filling status is showing "Pending for Approval" .

some members told me that i will required to file condonation of delay as they have experience of it.but according to me they are required this because their date of event was before 05/07/2018.

experts please throw some light on this

Company incorporation

We are incorporating the new private limited company with 2 Directors (one director has already DIN and other director DIN is to applied in spice form)

One Director is associated with company which struck off by ROC in July 2018 but the status of DIN of Director is showing as approved despite it is disqualified.

Please tell the consequences for practising professional certifying spice form...?

Professional should certify form or not...?

Failure to bring in subscription money

Hi
We incorporated a company in 2017 with an authorised capital of INR 5 Crores divided into a total of 50,000 shares of Rs 1000 each among 5 subscribers to the memorandum. Without good advice we proceeded by paying a huge fee as stamp duty. The subscribers have fully taken the shares ie 10,000 share per subscriber. We are not planning to bring in 5 crores as it is a new company. So far we have raised 1.75 crores as capital.
My question is, is it okay to treat the 1.75 crores as paid up and the rest as simply subscribed and not called. Will this scenario act against our favour when it comes to ROC filing.

Thanks

Digital signature registration

I tried to register a DSC in MCA portal under 'authorised representative' on 13 th
September, 2018 . I need this registration to incorporate a Pvt Ltd company wherein
the two subscribers to the MOA/AOA have no DIN. But the registration failed and an
error message appeared as 'Instance belonging to object type Business Partner PS
could not be created'. Hosted grievance in MCA portal, raised query in this site as
well as in PDICAI site. No response so far.

So I tried once again this morning. Surprisingly, another message ( instead of the
one appeared on 13 th September, 2018) which reads as follows.
'Income tax PAN details do not exist in the system'

Solution sought from the members.
