23 November 2018 Is there any necessity to appoint a Indian citizen as a director for a private limited company having only 2 foreign nationals as directors ? (1 director is resident)

26 November 2018 in case both directors are non-resident, then appoint another indian (normally an employee) as a director to satisfy this requirement
